GM Lucky Dasher (by Darkelly and out of GSR Dashers Dish), owned by Gary & Marilyn Moore from Malad, ID, was ridden by Mark Boag and is bred by Bosen Land & Livestock from Preston, ID. Winning $21,616

$5000 Race Derby

Kellys Glen (by Darkelly and out of Lass The Distance), owned by Glen Grunig from Montpelier ID, ridden by Paul Greene and trained by Guy Weeks, a couple of local guys from Weston, ID was the clear-cut winner. The sorrel gelding earned $6,352 for his first place efforts.

RULES & CONDITIONS:

1. The Bosen $15,000 Added All Breed Race Futurity and The Bosen $5000 Added All Breed Race Derby are open to Quarter Horses registered with the AQHA, Paint Horses registered with the APHA and Appaloosa Horses registered with the ApHC and Thoroughbred Horses registered with the Jockey Club.

2. All horses must be parentage verified and tattooed. All owners and trainers must be properly licensed by the Idaho State Racing Commission.

3. Bosen Land & Livestock can refuse any entry to this race for any reason.

4. 80% of nomination monies will be added to the purse.

5. This race will be conducted under the rules of the Idaho State Racing Commission.

6. If there is a mechanical failure with the electronic timer, or the track conditions should change during the running of the trials as to cause a disadvantage in the opinion of the stewards, the finalists shall be selected on a basis determined by the stewards.

7. Each trial heat shall consist of not more than ten (10) horses. Ten (10)horses will make the gate based on time. Should a horse be disqualified in the trials, he/she shall be given the time of the horse he/she is placed behind plus 0.01 second. Ties will be decided by drawing lots.

8. If a starting gate fails to open, all payments shall be refunded.

9. All decisions of the stewards are final.

10. Purse distribution: 40%-20%-10%-8%-6%-5%-4%-3%-2%-2%.

11. Sandy Downs reserves the right to cancel or postpone this race for any reason it deems good and sufficient. Should this race be cancelled, 80% of nomination payments will be refunded.

12. The undersigned represents that he/she is familiar with the regulations governing racing by the ISHRC. Undersigned agrees to comply with the steward ’s rulings.

13. All nominating and sustaining payments must be made through the mail and on time. Make all monies payable to Bosen $15,000 Added All Breed Race Futurity or The Bosen $5000 Added All Breed Race Derby.
